We are looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Manager (Administrative Assistant) to support daily office operations and assist management with administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone early to mid-career who is eager to develop administrative and coordination skills while contributing to a well-organized and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Manager and team
Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing appointments
Prepare basic reports, documents, emails, and presentations as needed
Maintain office records, files, and databases in an organized manner
Support office operations such as supplies ordering, expense tracking, and coordination with vendors
Communicate effectively with staff, visitors, and external contacts
Assist with implementing office procedures and improving workflow efficiency
Support team projects and carry out general administrative tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in an administrative, office assistant, or related role
Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team
