Job Title: Contract Compliance Specialist
Pay Range: $23.50/ HR DIRECT HIRE
Shift: M-F 8am-5pm
Office Location: Allen, Texas - OnSite
Job Responsibilities
Audit the lease terms and ensure they are input correctly into appropriate databases
Correct inaccurate or missing data fields
Draft lease documents in high volume for landlord and customer review
Ensure accuracy of all documents and participate in quality control
Coordinate, route and review final lease packages for execution
Assist in the timely completion of various project milestones
Assist with uploading all documents while ensuring accuracy
Communicate effectively both internally and externally
Experience
1-2 years of experience with auditing leases or contracts
Prior office management/administrative experience required
High School diploma
Experience in the mortgage, insurance or real estate industry especially considered!
