Company is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Texas. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support via phone and in person. You’ll assist with service inquiries, account updates, and issue resolution, all while delivering a high level of professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and in person
Process service orders, changes, and cancellations
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve service issues
Promote additional services when appropriate
Cover front desk/reception duties as needed
Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems proficiently
Work in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to type and use 10-key efficiently
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
