Responsibilities:
- The CSR will help Texas Hot Tub Company maintain and develop the most important relationships we have, our customers!
- Ensuring the customer receives the very best possible launch of their ownership experience.
- Contacting customers before, during and after the delivery in order to provide valuable information to the sales, service and delivery teams.
- Notifying team of action items needed to fulfill our commitments to the customer and see the whole process through completion.
- Answering phones and transferring calls
- Assisting leadership team with various projects
