Darby Day Staffing is seeking a skilled Escrow Servicing Coordinator to support the Escrow Services Department in Garland, TX. This role involves coordinating department activities and working closely with managers to optimize the processing of mortgage loan insurance, property taxes, escrow analysis, and client support. You’ll be responsible for daily quality review of department functions and generating detailed reports.
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: $18.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Streamline and improve department functions, focusing on mortgage loan insurance, escrow accounts, and property tax processes.
Conduct quality reviews and ensure efficient reporting.
Provide excellent support to both clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
-Experience in Mortgage, Loan Servicing, Real Estate, or Real Estate Investment (or equivalent business experience).
-At least 2 years of experience analyzing and documenting complex business processes.
-Spanish Bilingual is required.
