Install Partners is looking to fill 1 position for a front desk/admin assistant for our construction services company.
Starting pay will be $13 to $15 dollar an hour based on previous experience and abilities. Benefits include paid holidays, healthcare benefits after 90 days of employment, and PTO available after 6 months of employment.
The candidate will have to be team oriented with a positive attitude. Also, the candidate will need to have the ability to work in a fast pace environment with the ability to multi-task.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
QuickBooks experience (preferred)
Ability to read construction labor bids
Dependable
Proper phone and email etiquette
Job Responsibilities included, but not limited
Answer phones and transfer out to proper parties within the organization
Monitor company main email and disperse appropriately within the company
Update orders
Order review on labor bids vs completed project work for appropriate payment to contractors
Invoicing on completed projects and labor bids
Updating system notes and emailing out to the proper parties
