We are seeking an Entry Level Office Assistant to join our team!
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Communicate effectively with customers & managers in the field
- Answer inbound telephone calls, texts, and emails
- Schedule customer estimates and jobs over the phone
- Maintain and reconcile appointment & job calendars
- Digitally file receipts, estimates, and other documents using Dropbox and Google Drive
- Order supplies, print customer brochures, and other tasks, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Entry Level - Will train
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Excel, and MS Word a plus!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills

Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-6:00pm
Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Saturday, 9:00am-5:00pm
