Inside Sales Assistant
This is an IN- OFFICE JOB 8am -5pm. Mon- Fri- 40 hours a week.
Individual will be highly organized and detailed oriented with a strong communication skill and the ability to multi-task effectively. You will be providing multiple levels of administrative support to upper management and to ensure efficient operations of the office is completed. We are looking for an individual that can work and a fast pace environment without being micromanaged.
Provides administrative support with a high level of trust and confidence.
Must be professional at all times, with a good work ethic.
Work independently and within a team on special, nonrecurring, and ongoing diverse projects. Act as a project manager for special projects, which may include planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, and organizing events.
Organize and prepare for meetings.
Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executives.
Maintains a close working relationship with sales organization, other functional organizations.
Maintain a close working relationship with all members of management and have knowledge of company activities on a corporate level.
Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.
Reaching out to existing customers to cross sell.
Providing sales quotes and upkeeping with current customers,
Assist with marketing team and make sure all tasks are completed.
Must be able to keep documentation up to date.
Assist with training updates.
Must be very organized , with a good eye for details.
Requirements that MUST BE MET:
Must have at least 1- 2 years in a similar role.
Computer skills include: power point, excel, word, adobe, scan, emailing.
Google ad words , cava, outlook, power point are required.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a professional environment.
Business attire is required.
IN Office 8am-5pm. Monday- Friday. 40 hours.
Compensation; $21-$22 hour. + PTO , Paid Vacations and benefits.
