In need of a dependable, confident, friendly and outgoing person that can multi-task and work in a high speed environment. You must be able to adapt to changes without a problem. The position of the leasing consultant is to work with residents and prospects, filing, answering multiline phone, greeting prospects, tenants and vendors, spruce up the office in the mornings, building and maintaining resident relations, deliver newsletters and notices to tenants, etc. Must be bilingual and have experience in the multi-family industry.
