Bail Bond office is seeking a candidate for our team that will enjoy analyzing bond applications, processing background searches, and entering that information into our software. The right candidate will be detail oriented, be able to problem-solve, deescalate situations, and have a genuine passion for helping others. This position is in McKinney, TX.
Responsibilities:
Run background searches on application candidates
Find creative solutions to problems
Go above and beyond to wow our customers and help them through a difficult time
Be able to carry a conversation with customers and enter information divulged into our client management software
Operate with a willingness to learn. We share feedback, we get feedback and we operate in a culture of being open-minded to grow.
Required Skills:

Must be detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently if needed
