We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our dynamic dental office team.
This position involves managing office tasks and financial duties in a friendly, fast-paced environment. No prior bookkeeping experience required—training provided!
Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing: Create monthly invoices (no QuickBooks experience needed—we will train you!)
Collections: Contact past-due clients at least twice a week via phone and email to ensure timely payments. Bonus available for meeting collection goals at the end of the year!
Billing Review: Regularly check UPS and FedEx invoices to identify any overcharges.
Client Communications: Answer calls and emails from clients. Training will be provided.
Case Deliveries: Occasionally drop off cases to local doctors. Gas reimbursement provided.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Highly organized with great attention to detail.
Reliable with a solid work ethic.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
