We are a small, family-owned electrical service contractor seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow
Keeping up with incoming emails and phone calls and updating customers on work order status.
Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar
Process invoices, payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping
Maintain accurate records and files, both digitally and physically
Address and resolve client or project-related issues efficiently
Order and manage office supplies and equipment
Support the management team with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Experience in an office management role or administrative support preferred
Knowledge of the electrical contracting industry is a plus, but not required
Location: Irving, Texas
Hours: Approximately 30 hours/week (Monday – Friday)
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
