Property Management Company seeks a reliable and trustworthy part-time office/property assistant.

Assistant will work directly with property manager and must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Primary job duties are as follows:
-Property Inspections
-Managing Utility Services
-Assisting Customers, Clients, and Vendors
-Legal Filings and Court Appearances
-Administrative Support
No experience required but helpful. This position is perfect for someone who likes the combination of working a few hours in the office when needed, working from home, and working in the field. This position pays $17.00 - $20.00 an hr. Please note we currently do not offer health benefits. Only serious candidates with attached resumes and cover letters will be contacted for interviews.

Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 (No weekends, No overtime, No holidays)
