About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Operations Associate to support daily operations in the DFW area. You’ll work closely with our operations lead and help solve real-time issues while keeping orders running smoothly. More about us at www.noscrubs.com

Responsibilities
On-call operational support Friday–Sunday (approx. 11AM–7PM)
Respond quickly to live customer issues
Complete laundry orders: pickup, wash, dry, fold, and delivery
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Travel throughout the DFW service area (must have a vehicle)
Spanish-speaking is a plus
Requirements
Must be based in or able to commute within DFW
Available Thursday–Sunday until 7PM
Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Able to lift up to 30 lbs
Laundry experience preferred (training provided)
