Applicant MUST be AMAZING with accuracy and have a great sharp mind for TONS OF SMALL DETAILS, have an almost photographic memory, and remember customer orders, names and style numbers quickly and accurately. This part time job is great for super smart, honest, loyal, great recall, detail focused, accurate and responsive, patient / good natured and good humored employee. While this is a professional environment, it is also very family oriented. So someone who has worked with a FAMILY business might be a great match for us.
Experience with and knowledge of whole sale and retail, BUSINESS WORKS PROGRAM, and extensive data entry a plus! We will train.
Job includes working with stores (wholesale) and some retail clients to take orders, PROCESS orders with caster accurately (double checking style numbers and stones are correct), stock orders, product ordering, invoicing, pricing and ticketing product, customer service- this employee will work direct with owners, stores, sales reps and Manufacturer and will support and be responsive to road reps and as well as customers. Job MAY also handles store and customer repairs to and from manufacturer and back to store or customer. We need a fast learner who can retain a lot of small details accurately. And who can work on their own well and 100% honestly after training.

Job is 3 (maybe 4) days a week, 21-23 hours per week
9am – 4pm Monday thru wed. (or thurs. schedule maybe a little flexible)
