Position: Parts & Purchasing
Location: 4012 Bronze Way, Dallas, TX 75237
Starting Pay: $20.25 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Perfect Score Technologies, Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated Parts & Purchasing Agent to join our team. This position is responsible for purchasing materials and components, managing vendor relationships, and accurately filling customer orders. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Process purchase orders and manage supplier communications
Track incoming shipments and verify order accuracy
Fill and process customer parts orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain organized purchasing records and inventory files
Communicate with internal departments regarding lead times, order status, and inventory needs
Identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain vendor pricing consistency
Perform general office tasks related to purchasing and parts fulfillment
Qualifications:
Office experience in a manufacturing environment or a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Purchasing, Business, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under deadlines
Strong understanding of purchasing and inventory terminology (knowledge test will be required)
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting Wage: $20.25 per hour, paid bi-weekly, with potential transition to a salary.
Probation Period: 90 days
Paid Holidays: 7 per year (after completion of probation)
Vacation Benefits: 10 hours awarded quarterly
