Plano Plastic Surgery Center Front Desk

Plano plastic surgery center is currently seeking a professional, reliable individual for a front desk position. We are looking for a detail-oriented person with a happy demeanor who enjoys working with the public.

Schedule is during weekdays 8 – 5, some full days and some half days. You must be available every weekday 8 – 5, even though some days will be ½ days. Your schedule will be made at least 2 weeks prior to each workday. Total hours will average 24 - 28 hours per week.

Hourly wage $18 - $23, depending upon qualifications and experience, or potential & attitude. Benefits may include insurance premium subsidy, 5 paid holidays off, 1 - 3 weeks paid vacation depending upon tenure, as well as discounts on Botox & fillers.

Requirements:

- Must be able to communicate effectively with patients via in-person, telephone, text and email

- Excellent phone and in-person skills for patients’ inquiries, scheduling and other interaction

- Must be detail oriented

- Reasonable math and spelling skills required

- Computer experience with MS Office suite; QuickBooks experience is a plus

- Experience answering multiple phone lines is a plus

- Must be able to multi-task effectively

- Professional appearance

Duties:

- Prepare patient charts

- Schedule & confirm appointments via phone, text & email

- Answer multiple phone lines

- Be able to explain all procedures and thoroughly answer patient questions via phone and email

- Check patients in and out

- Keep lobby and front office neat and organized

- Pull & file patient charts

- Confirm patients via text

- Prepare patient paperwork packets

- Review patient surgery charts to make sure they are complete

- Ability to be cross-trained to back-office procedures is a plus

- Reply timely to patient email inquiries

- Other marketing/administrative duties
