Established Sign Manufacturer in Dallas, TX is seeking an organized and highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our Project Management Team.
Position Overview:
In house, In person. No remote worker.
The successful candidate will serve as a point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal departments, reporting directly to the General Manager.
We are seeking an individual to provide support to our Management, Sales, and Project Management teams.
This position involves the applications for permits, processing internal documentation, and managing project details.
Responsibilities:
Coordination of sign and/or identity projects from customer request through project completion and invoicing.
Create, track, and process job files and work orders with accuracy.
Verify city sign code compliance.
Prepare and process permit applications.
Provide timely and accurate status updates to customers and management
Collect and file all completion photos and close-out documents.
Coordinate multiple jobs simultaneously
Qualifications:
Previous coordinator experience in the sign or construction industry preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Positive attitude, persistence, and integrity
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Square Coil, Corel, and QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required
