Part Time Customer Service Representative needed for small Plano office. This position requires someone RELIABLE as our client expects coverage until 6:30 PM
Monday through Friday position 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM
Essential Duties:
Answer inbound phone calls to assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond to email and web message correspondence within 24 hours.
Comply with requirements surrounding confidential and sensitive information
Process personal information for account creation, enrollment, and facilitating updates to information such as payment methods, email addresses, contact information, etc.
Verify digital documentation for accuracy in accordance with business rules.
Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures
Maintain detailed customer correspondence
Experience using Google Workspace, e.g. Google Docs and Google Sheets.
Keyboarding and compositional skills. Composing emails and notating accounts with relevant context.
Readiness to learn using customer-facing and back office proprietary software.
Must be empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious
