Real Estate Assistant (Plano)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Assistant, preferably licensed, to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and grow within the dynamic real estate industry.

Please note that this role encompasses a variety of tasks beyond those listed below. Real estate is a multifaceted field, offering opportunities to learn, grow, and even earn additional income in related areas.

Key Responsibilities:

-Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day tasks related to real estate transactions, such as filing, managing emails, organizing documents, and coordinating schedules.

-Property Showings & Client Interactions: Support the team during property showings and build rapport with clients.

-Content Creation: Use tools like CapCut to edit videos and capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing purposes.

-Social Media & Marketing: Manage social media accounts, create posts, and contribute to marketing campaigns for property listings.

-Basic Accounting: Track expenses, maintain financial records, and support basic accounting functions.

-Coordination: Work closely with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and clients to ensure smooth transactions.

-Business Growth: Innovate and strategize to scale the business and drive sales growth.

-Lead Generation & Client Outreach: Engage in lead generation activities, build strong client relationships, and perform cold calling to expand the client base.

-Database Management: Maintain and update client databases, ensure follow-ups, and manage client communications effectively.

Qualifications:

-Having a Texas Real Estate license is a plus.

-Ability to commit to part-time hours each week.

-Must operate as a 1099 independent contractor.

-A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

-Must be self-motivated, capable of conducting research, and skilled in promotion and marketing efforts.

Legal Considerations:

- Candidates must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a Non-Compete Agreement to protect client confidentiality and business interests.
