Receptionist for Executive Office / Jr. Office Admin
We are looking for a full-time Receptionist. (Monday - Friday) Ideal candidate must be very professional, reliable, self-motivated, detail oriented and well organized. (Must be a local resident)
Skills/Abilities:
Pleasant, professional, articulate phone voice
Punctual and reliable
Positive attitude and willing to adapt to urgent matters and last-minute plans
Self-motivated and able to work productively with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
Office Management:
Oversee office organization and supplies, often ordering lunch, ensuring a well-equipped and efficient workspace for the executive team
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with individuals at all levels
Ability to communicate effectively and greet clients
Good written and verbal communication skills
Organize and coordinate mostly in office meetings, conferences, and special events, including logistics, venue arrangements, catering, and necessary materials
Confidentiality and Discretion, maintain utmost confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information, ensuring the security and privacy of executive communications
College degree preferred
Location: Dallas / Near Highland Park Village
Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Hours subject to change.
