Receptionist - Office Admin

Answering phones: Answering, screening, and directing calls to staff, and taking messages

Handling paperwork: Sorting and distributing paperwork, and performing basic filing and recordkeeping

Running errands: Ordering office supplies, receiving mail and packages, and delivering or distributing items

Maintaining records: Keeping track of meetings, office expenses, and visitor, employee, and department directories and logs

Maintaining security: Keeping an eye on security and telecommunications systems, and communicating with security guards

Hours- Monday through Friday 9:00-4:30pm

12:00-12:30pm lunch

Available to start immediately. Interviews to be scheduled 7/1 and 7/2 to start asap.
