We are a nationally recognized, people-focused tech and marketing group. We’re looking for a sharp and resourceful Assistant to work directly with our founders, support multiple ventures, and grow into a leadership role over time.
This is a fast-paced, high-visibility opportunity inside an entrepreneurial company building brands in tech, media, real estate, and eCommerce. You’ll be involved hands-on with operations, delegation, and executive support across several business units.
Backgrounds that tend to succeed in this role include: personal assistance, hospitality, brand ambassadorship, marketing, sales, or project coordination.
The role is approximately 80% business operations, 20% occasional personal tasks — ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment with future leadership potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate communication between the founder and contractors (marketing, tech, billing, etc.)
Organize calendars, files, project lists, and follow-ups
Support communications and task management across ventures
Assist with CRM updates, digital task tools, and vendor coordination
Manage short-term projects and help prep briefings or summaries
Assist with travel or logistics when needed
Ideal Qualities:
Located near Burleson, TX (we’re off I-35 and Renfro — just south of Fort Worth)
Has reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Willing to travel on occasion (passport a plus)
Highly organized and quick to learn new tools or systems
Professional demeanor in high-visibility environments
Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Calendar
Confident communicator who takes initiative
Bonus (Not Required):
Experience with CRM or social media tools
Previous work with entrepreneurs or startups
Creative problem solver with business intuition

Compensation & Growth:
Pay: $15–$25/hour depending on experience
