Rynn’s Luggage a member of the Baggage Airline Guest Services family, is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Client Care Associate to join our fantastic team! We are the industry leader in luggage repair and replacement for airline customers, with over 35 years of experience.

The position requires individuals capable of interacting with a wide variety of people. This position also requires social poise, warmth and friendliness while interacting with customer’s who require your expertise to guide and direct them through the damage luggage claim process.
Responsibilities include:
Ability to adapt to constantly changing situations as needed
Contacting passengers via phone calls (incoming and outgoing) as well as through email
Ability to learn internal systems and airline requirements to resolve claims.
Ability to actively listen and identify customer needs
Ability to problem solve and find resolutions in a timely manner
Work well with others in a dynamic work environment
Qualifications & Skills:
Data entry experience recommended but not required.
Accuracy and speed on key entry recommended but not required.
Ability to work with others and work as scheduled
Ability to perform various administrative functions as needed
Computer skills and strong work ethic required
