- Applicant Management: Review online applications, schedule interviews, and assist with applicant evaluations to ensure a seamless recruiting process.
- Administrative Support: Manage office documentation, maintain organized records, process payroll, and keep the office appearance professional and welcoming.
- Sales Assistance: Assist with inside and outside sales calls as needed.
-Marketing & Social Media Presence: Utilize recruiting platforms, CRM, and social media to help bring in new applicants for skilled trade projects across the country.
