At Whole Health Chiropractic & Spa, we are passionate about helping our patients live healthier, pain-free lives. We’re looking for a Chiropractic Assistant Team Lead to join our team and play a key role in delivering outstanding patient care and keeping our office running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and support our front desk and chiropractic assistant team
Greet patients with energy and positivity, creating a welcoming atmosphere
Assist with patient therapies and ensure smooth clinic flow
Handle scheduling, patient communications, and office coordination
Take initiative to solve problems and keep the team on track
Learn and apply new skills to support clinic growth and patient care
What We’re Looking For:
A positive, upbeat personality that makes patients feel valued
Strong leadership and “take-charge” abilities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Willingness to learn new techniques and grow with the practice
Previous leadership or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
