We are looking for a friendly, fast-paced, and organized individual to join our team for our Wholesale Food Distribution Customer Service Representative position in Flower Mound!
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range:
$22-$25/hour depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter high-volume orders (up to 200 line items)
Assist customers via phone and email with orders and product info
Work with vendors and sales on special requests and sample orders
Perform daily admin tasks (faxes, emails, payments, etc.)
Requirements:
Strong data entry skills and experience with high-volume orders
3 years of customer service experience (Prior experience in wholesale food distribution is required.)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must pass background check, drug screen, and E-Verify.
