Full time job openings for Apartment Make ready technicians who are HVAC certified. (Also look for make ready techs who are not HVAC certified. Work for a small 175 Unit apartment community where most of the staff have been working at least 20 years. Be home weekends with your family. The Positions:
We’re looking for reliable and thorough Full Time (40 hours a week) Make-Ready Technicians and HVAC certified make ready technicians who can do sheetrock repair and also HVAC certified technicians to join our maintenance team that will assist in ensuring that all vacant apartment homes are restored to market-ready status and performing general repairs like those in any apartment or home while following company policies and procedures, safety standards, and other Federal and State laws. The ideal candidate will have at least TWO (2) years of current proven experience in multi-family housing maintenance or a relevant field, be able to work independently, have excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks, show attention to detail, and have a working knowledge of the English language. Hours are 8 AM to 5:00 PM weekdays with some opportunity for overtime at time and a half.
