Overview
The St. Charles Place Apartments in Crowley, Texas seeks a dedicated and proactive Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining property standards, and ensuring compliance with USDA and tax credit regulations. Although experience with USDA and tax credit compliance is preferred, we are willing to train motivated candidates. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to providing excellent service to residents while maximizing the property's performance.
Duties
Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, fostering a positive living environment.
Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants, including upselling available units.
Oversee facilities management to ensure all amenities are well-maintained and operational.
Maintain accurate administrative records, including lease agreements, tenant files, and financial reports.
Collaborate with maintenance to coordinate repairs and upkeep of the property.
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to housing and tenant rights, including tax credits and USDA regulations.
