Westlake Housing LP is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager for a property located in Mesquite, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Assist manager on all operations
- Collect rent in timely manner
- Bank deposits are made daily
- Maintain accurate resident records
- File evictions
- Complete certifications
Requirements:
- At least 2 years tax credit (Section 42 LIHTC) experience required.
- Experience with REAC inspections and/or state compliance inspections; annual and quarterly inspections.
- Experience working with local Housing Authorities.
