MDX INSURANCE SERVICES, Inc is a growing company that specializes in claims handling of commercial Auto Liability and Cargo claims. We have a well-established claims team, and we are looking for an experienced claims adjuster for a remote position.
A bilingual candidate is definitely preferred (Spanish/English). We need a professional with Experience minimum 5 years in claims adjusting in both property damage and bodily injury claims with special emphasis on the last.
Duties/ Tasks include amongst others:
\ Receive & Acknowledge Claims.
\ Analyze and confirm Coverage.
Analyze and set proper reserves depending on the exposure.
Conduct the claim investigation.
\ Investigate/quantify the damages.
\ Settle & Pay or Dispute & Deny Claims.
Communicate with attorneys during litigation process.
The right candidate must be:
A good negotiator.
Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English)
Licensed (or willing to apply to get licensed)
Have experience handling total loss property damage cases.
Have experience conducting negotiations of bodily injury claims with represented and non-represented claimants.
Willing to travel (occasionally).
Open to think/work with an ‘outside the box’ approach.
Analytical and good working under pressure.
Dynamic open to teamwork.
