This is not a traditional job. This is a 100% independent contractor opportunity, just like being a realtor or residential loan officer. Commercial Mortgage Brokers / Commercial Loan Advisors originate multifamily, commercial, and investment real estate loans nationwide. ICS is a Commercial Mortgage Brokerage. We originate and broker loans to private and institutional lenders, including Banks, Wholesale Lenders, Credit Unions, CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Life Companies. Our Lending Partner Advisors focus on building relationships with real estate investors, realtors, bankers, business owners, developers, builders, and other professionals in order to provide a broad spectrum of property financing programs. Advisors are remote, independent 1099 contractors, similar to real estate agents, should be extremely independent, motivated, well-spoken, and financially stable (this is commission-only). You can work with ICS as an ICS Commercial Loan Advisor under the ICS brand, or work under your own business brand. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not a salaried or hourly position.
