We are a growing interior design team seeking an experienced commercial real estate representative to help us identify and secure a long-term space that will function as:
Our design studio and collaborative workspace
A demonstration environment for our interior design services
A flexible venue that can be built out, styled, and rented to other event producers
This could be a creative-focused search, or a standard office lease. We are looking for a representative who understands how to identify underutilized or high-potential properties and help negotiate terms that allow for improvement and long-term use.
Compensation Structure:
Standard commercial leasing commission paid by the landlord, where applicable
Additional success bonus paid by us upon execution of a lease
Bonus amount negotiable based on scope, effort, and final deal terms
Ideal Candidate:
Licensed real estate professional or experienced commercial leasing representative
Familiar with warehouse, flex, loft, creative, or mixed-use spaces
Comfortable sourcing off-market or nontraditional properties
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Interested in an ongoing relationship as we expand
Preferred Property Characteristics (Flexible):
Large open floor plan
Ability to reconfigure interior zones
Zoning suitable for studio, creative, or event use
Long-term lease potential
Parking or urban accessibility
Your Role:
Identify and present viable properties
Coordinate tours and evaluations
Assist in lease negotiations
Serve as a long-term real estate partner as our needs grow
