Seeking an energetic full time porter/groundskeeper for an apartment community in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas, Texas.
Candidate must be detail oriented, experience in pool care, sprinkler repair and plant care. Knowledge in carpentry is a plus.
Job Duties include but not limited to: keeping the community grounds free of trash and small debris, sweep around dumpsters, clean common area laundry rooms and bathroom, empty pet stations, maintain swimming pools and sprinkler system. Maintain exterior of buildings such as carpentry, window screen repairs, touch up painting, sidewalk repair, etc.
Work schedule: Monday - Friday (every other Friday off)
Rotate - Saturday 4 hours
Rotate - Sunday 4 hours
