Job Description
W3 Luxury Living is searching for an Assistant Maintenance Technician for our luxury multi-family apartment communities. The Assistant Maintenance Technician impacts the long-term viability of the company by ensuring the property is at peak readiness, which impacts customer service, revenue, and profit growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspects all common areas on the property daily to ensure peak readiness and appearance;
Takes immediate action and performs all general and routine maintenance to correct any identified opportunities;
Monitors and assists make-ready with preparing units for lease;
Ensures the completion of service requests made by residents;
Troubleshoots, monitors, diagnoses and repairs all heating, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and interior repairs.
Repairs minor carpentry, glass and sheetrock projects;
Replaces AC/heating filters on a monthly schedule;
Monitors condition of tools, equipment and supplies;
Rekeys apartments within same day of move-out;
Handles “on call” duties whenever needed;
Ensures the pool and surrounding aras are properly operating and maintained;

Minimum 1+ years of experience in apartment maintenance or trade that requires basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting and HVAC.
High school degree or equivalent
HVAC certification, preferred.
