Job Overview:
We are seeking Real Estate Investment Agents to join our team and help us continue to grow in these competitive markets. This role is ideal for licensed realtors looking to leverage their existing network while also receiving pre-qualified leads from ARIA's internal marketing department. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing deals on off-market residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Utilize the high-quality leads provided by ARIA’s internal marketing team to source and close deals.
Networking: Leverage your existing real estate network and expand it by building strong relationships with sellers and investors.
Deal Sourcing: Identify distressed, off-market, or undervalued properties that meet investor criteria in the five major Texas markets.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations between property sellers and investors, aiming for mutually beneficial outcomes.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends and real estate conditions across DFW, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and El Paso to provide expert advice to clients.
Transaction Management: Oversee the entire transaction process from contract signing to closing, ensuring seamless execution.

Qualifications:
Active Texas Realtor License: Candidates must have an active real estate license in the state of Texas.
Real Estate Experience: Previous experience in real estate or sales is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for managing client relationships.
Negotiation Skills: Experience in negotiating deals to ensure favorable outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a commission-driven environment.
