Job Description:
Lease abstraction is one of the primary functions of a retiring associate.
This is a business-critical function that must be in place for both accounting and the business management of the real estate portfolio.
The role captures lease requirements in which we have financial and operational obligations as a tenant.
This associate is expected to be the expert in abstracted leases and subsequent data inputs impacting accounting.
Specific Skills Needed:
Advanced understanding of lease language and terms and ability to abstract lease documents with a high degree of data integrity/accuracy.
