We are seeking a motivated Leasing Agent / Property Manager to oversee our PadSplit co-living properties. The ideal candidate will manage tenant communications, coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensure smooth daily operations, and maximize occupancy.
Responsibilities:
Manage tenant lifecycle (inquiries, leasing, onboarding, move-outs).
Create and optimize listings on PadSplit.
Coordinate cleaning, repairs, and turnovers.
Track occupancy, rent collection, and expenses.
Ensure compliance with house rules and local laws.
Requirements:
Experience in leasing or property management.
Knowledge of PadSplit platform (preferred, training available).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Reliable transportation for site visits.
Compensation:
Negotiable .
Can consider 25$/ per hour as Introduction rate .
Can go up according to the performance. and more involvment with our daily project managment .
OR
$200–$400 per property per month OR $25–$50 per rented room per month.
Performance bonuses based on occupancy & tenant retention
