Look for part time independent leasing agent for leasing apartments to rent subsidized tenants in downtown Dallas. Must be self-motivated. Flexible working hours, results oriented. You can pick any time from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday to work. You can work 2 or 3 times a week, each time about 3 hours for $100. The base salary will paid weekly. For each tenant moving in, there is additional $200 commission paid. The task is to get the tenants leads and refer them to the property managers and back office for application processing. Prefer 2 year leasing experience with subsidized tenants. Please send your resume first. College students welcome.
