Apartment Courtesy Officer needed at night.
Must have at least three years Security experience.
Hours 9 pm - 5 am weekends
Duties Include But Not Limited To:
Walk the property several times each night
Lock/unlock swimming pool each day/night
Assist management/residents as needed
Weekly light check/reports
Lock/unlock weight rooms each day/night
Take calls while on duty
must take pride in the job that you do.
must be trustworthy and reliable ( we have terminated many positions due to the fact that some individuals know this is a late night position and they take advantage of that. We have no need for individuals who prefer to sleep on the job or talk on their cell phones instead of tending to the needs of the property and the residents that live here. )

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour based on experience
