Location: EurAuto Shop - Plano, TX
Position: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (No Weekends!)
Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 (Based on experience and performance)
EurAuto Shop, Texas’s top European automotive service center, is looking for an exceptional Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team! We are seeking someone with a deep passion for European cars, a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences, and excellent phone skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring each visit leaves a lasting positive impression
Provide expert advice and recommendations for European vehicle maintenance and repair
Coordinate services, manage schedules, and ensure efficient communication between customers and technicians
Deliver exceptional service with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
