Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Solar BD Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments by calling on potential customers to introduce, educate them on the company and the benefits of our systems and process. You will play a crucial role in driving our mission to bring clean, renewable energy to communities. We are offering a competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses and incentives.
Duties:
- Conduct warm calling to prospects to promote products or services
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to persuade potential customers
- Negotiate and close sales over the phone
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and goals
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively engage customers over the phone
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is advantageous
- Comfortable with outbound calling and cold-calling techniques
