Compensation Options
Performance-Based Structure
$125 per Qualified Lead
(Paid when the appointment is verified with a decision maker)
3% Commission on Net Profit

What You’ll Do
Research commercial properties and identify potential prospects
Reach out to building owners, property managers, and decision-makers
Generate interest and schedule qualified roof inspections
Pass appointments to our sales team for follow-up
Maintain basic tracking of leads submitted
No selling, quoting, or closing required — just solid outreach and appointment setting.
What You Need
Experience in cold calling, B2B outreach, or lead generation (preferred)
Confidence speaking with decision-makers
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently
Experience with commercial properties or skip tracing is a plus
