Wildlife X Team is looking for a smart, clean cut, outgoing Sales/Service. We are looking to fill this position immediately. This is seriously a HUGE opportunity to make a lot of money, build a career and grow with an expanding company! Your job will be to call on our clients, arrive on time, in uniform, in your clean work truck, with the right tools for the job. Perform an Exclusive Wildlife® and then explain to the clients all the work that needs to be done on their home to remedy the issues they are dealing with (mostly rats, squirrels, raccoons, opossum, snakes and other animals in the attic). Salesmanship is needed to sell larger jobs and attic restoration work. This is not a "hard close"type of sales environment, however, you must be able to build value and sell Wildlife X Team/services to the prospective leads/buyers. You must also be able and willing to do handyman style work around homes and businesses. This is not the main focus of your job, but it is required. You will/may be managing a crew of laborers that will do much of this type of work. However,leadership is shown by example so you will be expected to excel and be the example of how to properly do the physical side of the job as well. Most of the handyman style work is done on the roof, from extended ladders or in an attic. You must be comfortable with heights, be unafraid to move around/work in tight spaces, including attics and crawlspaces, and be willing to work with removing and replacing attic insulation. A strong background in sales and customer service is essential for this position, but being outgoing and having the ability to clearly and professionally communicate with clients is also equally as

important.

As a Sales/Service Wildlife Specialist your day to day duties will include but not

be limited to:

- Going to leads and selling jobs in your work truck and in uniform (Leads Provided)

- Keeping in constant contact with clients and scheduling appointments with

existing clients and new leads that have been sold

- Resolving issues or complaints/opportunity calls from clients and team

members

- Consistent and constant communication with upper level management

- Keeping warehouse stocked with supplies if needed, keeping work truck clean

and inspecting them every week, keeping oil changed, being on time every

morning, etc.

This job requires a lot of responsibility, dedication, hard work and organization.

These are the reasons that, to be up front and honest, all our guys make

between 4,000-10,000+ a month. Through the year, our sales/service Wildlife Specialist should make between 50-

100K+. This position is base/commission after training ends.During training you will receive a salary.

Aside from being sales oriented, clean-cut, professional, motivated and hardworking....

1) You must not be afraid of going into client's homes to inspect their attics and

identify wildlife and rodent intrusions/contaminates/possible future entry sites.

2) You must be able to pass a drug test to be hired and pass random ones

throughout your employment

3) You must be able to work on roofs doing light handyman work that you will be

trained to do

4) You must be able to work on/with ladders and not be afraid of heights.

5) We provide you with a work truck and everything you need to perform wildlife

inspections.

YOU MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD & CLEAN CRIMINAL HISTORY.

This is truly a HUGE OPPORTUNITY for the right person.

If you are hired and brought on board we work Monday- Friday and a minimum of

2 Saturdays per month.
