At VI-A Roofing & Construction,
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Sales Agent to engage with potential clients and promote our FREE roof inspections to determine if homeowners/business owners have storm damage. If so, we assist in handling all aspects of their roof claim to help them get approved ASAP and then build their new roof!
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, resilient in the face of rejection, and eager to optimize their performance and maximize earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, using company scripts to book complimentary roof inspections.
Build rapport with potential customers, effectively communicate our value proposition, and answer questions or address concerns.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales representatives.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities within the Spotio App.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Provide feedback to aid in sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a related customer-facing role.
Exceptional verbal communication and persuasive selling abilities.
High level of comfort using CRM systems and technology platforms.
Strong resilience and persistence in handling objections and rejection.
Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is a bonus.
