Floating Leasing Manager – Lead, Lease, and Elevate!

We’re searching for a Floating Leasing Manager who is equal parts leader and doer. In this role, you’ll train, coach, and inspire leasing teams—while also jumping in to lease apartments yourself, especially at under-performing communities that need a boost.
What You’ll Do:
- Step into under-performing properties and personally drive leasing results.
- Lead by example—train, mentor, and coach leasing teams to hit goals.
- Execute creative outreach and marketing strategies to drive traffic.
- Work the entire leasing process yourself, from tour to close.
- Use your expertise in Yardi, CRM systems, and social media to build momentum.
- Travel between communities, bringing energy, leadership, and results.
- Represent our company culture with professionalism, polish, and pride.

- A strong closer who can connect with people and seal the deal.
- Hands-on leader who leads by doing, not just directing.
- Skilled trainer and motivator, able to turn teams into high performers.
- Tech-savvy, social media smart, and marketing-minded.
- Flexible, adaptable, and excited to travel to different communities.
- Professional, polished, and passionate about creating exceptional resident experiences.
- Bilingual Fluency (English/Spanish)
