Responsibilities:
-Demonstrate, promote, and sell products and services - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers.
-Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition.
-Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups.
-Customer Support: Assist customers post-sale with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and other needs to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
-Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, outcomes, and client feedback, and report on performance regularly to management
-Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team and management to help develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional efforts.
-Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively address customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
-Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to clients’ requirements.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen
High school diploma required
Positive attitude and strong communicational skills
Willingness to be coached
Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating
