Overview
We are seeking motivated Independent Sales Representatives to join our team. This is a commission-only role for entrepreneurial individuals who thrive on building relationships with medium duty truck dealers and automotive dealers, closing deals, and generating income without limits. We have outstanding relationships with nationally recognized warranty providers and other ancillary back end solutions. As an independent contractor, you will have the freedom to manage your own schedule, pipeline, and territory while leveraging our training, resources, and support.
We also provide excellent support for our reps, providing leads, contacts, training, ride alongs, and site visits. We want to help the right person to succeed. We also provide dedicated territories for the right reps.
Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business opportunities with medium duty truck dealers and automotive dealers through on site visits, calls, networking, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers (dealership owners, GMs, business executives, etc.).
Present and explain company products and solutions in a professional manner.
Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales goals and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and closed deals.
Act as the face of the company in your assigned territory while operating independently.
Requirements
Proven sales experience (B2B, dealership, F&I, or related industry experience preferred).
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and manage your own time.
Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
Comfortable with commission-only compensation structure.
Reliable transportation, phone, and internet access.
1099 contractor eligibility (responsible for own taxes, insurance, and expenses).
Compensation - Commission per unit/product sold (structured by tier). Up to $500 per warranty sold by dealership reps and F&I Managers.
Performance bonuses and overrides may be available.
