P&C Licensed Insurance Agent - Sales Opening
We are now accepting resumes for P&C Licensed Sales Agents for our agency locations in Lewisville, Texas and North Fort Worth (Roanoke)
This position offers a competitive base salary + commissions + bonuses + benefits options are available. Skilled sales agents can expect to earn around $50-60,000 per year on average, but there are no limits on income potential.
You will receive outstanding training and support and provided every resource necessary to be successful.
Our number one goal has always been to take care of those on our team, and this is followed closely by making sure our clients have an extraordinary experience during every interaction with our team. This experience starts with our Agents who help welcome new clients to our agency.
As a part of our team, your job will be to help the customer secure the best policies with appropriate coverages to protect them in their family if something were to happen. In other words, you will become a trusted advisor.
1+ year of experience is strongly preferred, but we will consider rockstars from all backgrounds.
A Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License is required to start, but we will help the right candidate get their licensing.
Here is the ideal candidate Someone who has a great attitude, outgoing personality, who 'never meets a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, who works well with their peers, and those who have a true passion for helping others. And, they must be able to close deals.
