What You’ll Do:
Canvass neighborhoods and introduce our painting services
Schedule free estimates—no selling involved
Log leads and work closely with our Estimators
Represent Tex Painting with professionalism and positivity

Compensation:
● First Two Weeks: $15/hour or $50/appointment set (whichever is greater)
● Beyond First Two Weeks: $50 per appointment scheduled + $150 per booked job
● Bonuses: $500 bonus for the first 50 appointments set
● Referral Bonus: $500 for referring a candidate who sets 50 appointments
● Career Progression: Opportunity to interview for Paint Advisor role upon setting 200 appointments
